Aling’s: A Tale of Two Cuisines
In the 1940’s, a large population of Hakka Chinese, from Southwest China, immigrated to Bombay and Calcutta India.
The Hakka people are renowned for their delectable cuisine and superb cooking style. As they traveled, the Hakka combined traditional dishes with spices enjoyed by the people of India and the Indian/Chinese cuisine was born.
Today, you can enjoy delectable, savory and aromatic Indian/Chinese dishes in the only dining experience of it’s kind in the wonderful State of Texas.
